This role requires hands-on operation and coordination in the manufacturing process, from material handling, equipment setup, the operation of heavy machinery including overhead cranes and tube-forming mills, to quality control and shipping preparation.

Employees in the Production Entry role are responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials through various production stages. This involves loading and unloading materials, processing tubing through machines, conducting daily operational and safety checklists, and communicating with team members to coordinate production runs and priorities. The work environment is physically demanding and requires employees to perform repetitive and strenuous tasks including lifting, bending, and walking long distances, often in high temperatures ranging from 95°F to 110°F during summer months. Workers must adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment like noise protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes.
