Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or older
- have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- be able to work flexible shifts monday through friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- possess a good work ethic and enjoy serving people
- demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
- show ambition for career advancement
- able to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in residential cleaning or related fields preferred
- valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- ability to work flexible shifts during weekdays
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- motivated to grow professionally and take on leadership roles
Job Duties
- perform thorough home cleaning services including routine maintenance and deep cleans
- use company-provided supplies and equipment efficiently and safely
- adhere to scheduled shifts between 7:45 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
- provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- identify areas of the home requiring special attention or extra care
- maintain accurate records of cleanings and report any issues promptly
- participate in the company’s performance incentive programs and strive for continuous improvement
