Job Duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings
- coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals
- support the event team with administrative tasks including managing schedules, expenses, and vendor communications
- assist with onsite event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place for a successful event
- help in the development of event materials, including brochures, invitations, and signage
- maintain an organized system for tracking event details and schedules for multiple events simultaneously
