Job Duties

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings
  • coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals
  • support the event team with administrative tasks including managing schedules, expenses, and vendor communications
  • assist with onsite event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place for a successful event
  • help in the development of event materials, including brochures, invitations, and signage
  • maintain an organized system for tracking event details and schedules for multiple events simultaneously
