Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods with frequent bending and turning
- Ability to lift 10 lbs
- Effective communication via email, phone, and in person
- Obtain training certification per company policy
- Demonstrate courteousness and accountability

- Maintain product and service consistency

Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic understanding of event setups
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to handle detailed reservation processes
- Familiarity with email and phone communication protocols
Job Duties
- Making phone calls and answering questions about setting up events at locations
- Complete reservation bookings per script and booking guidelines
- Email corporate clients about setting up events at their stores
- Greeting and assisting all walk-in inquiries
- Being knowledgeable of all aspects of the event set up and answering questions accordingly
- Maintaining logs accurately
- Calling past events and trying to get them to rebook
- Communicating with staff about special needs of clients
- Maintaining cleanliness of the event
- Understanding the cash out process and having the ability to properly cash out an event
- Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
- Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
