Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods with frequent bending and turning
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs
  • Effective communication via email, phone, and in person
  • Obtain training certification per company policy
  • Demonstrate courteousness and accountability
  • Respond professionally to special guest requests
  • Maintain product and service consistency
  • Work diligently and honestly with team members

  • Ability to handle detailed reservation processes
  • Familiarity with email and phone communication protocols

Job Duties

  • Making phone calls and answering questions about setting up events at locations
  • Complete reservation bookings per script and booking guidelines
  • Email corporate clients about setting up events at their stores
  • Greeting and assisting all walk-in inquiries
  • Being knowledgeable of all aspects of the event set up and answering questions accordingly
  • Maintaining logs accurately
  • Calling past events and trying to get them to rebook
  • Communicating with staff about special needs of clients
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the event
  • Understanding the cash out process and having the ability to properly cash out an event
  • Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
  • Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
