The Entry-Level Event Coordinator at VisAvis Co. plays a crucial role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of various in-person events. As an Entry-Level Event Coordinator, you will assist in managing the many logistical components of events, such as venue setup, catering, materials preparation, transportation, and staffing. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking event supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring all equipment is ready and available for use.
