Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
no previous experience required but preferred in customer service or related fields
ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
excellent verbal communication skills
must be dependable and punctual
ability to stand or walk for extended periods during events
reliable transportation preferred

Job Duties

Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of promotional events and marketing campaigns
deliver excellent customer service during live events and brand activations
represent client brands professionally and communicate products, services, and promotions clearly
interact directly with customers to answer questions and provide information
support event marketing initiatives and customer engagement campaigns
maintain promotional displays, marketing materials, and event equipment
track customer interactions and assist with campaign reporting
work collaboratively with team members to meet event goals and performance targets
