Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or retail preferred but not required
- reliable transportation to event locations
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong verbal communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and brand activations
- engage directly with event attendees to share information, answer questions, and convey the campaign's value
- drive customer interest and sales by clearly explaining products, promotions, or participation opportunities
- build authentic conversations that increase awareness for the brand and campaign goals
- help capture leads or sales directly at events
- work closely with the team to deliver professional, high-impact interactions that reflect Markato values
