- Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions
- Must have California Food Handlers Certification
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and walk long distances
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate weights
