Job Duties

  • Learn and practice full job description and duties as a Culinarian in training
  • Utilize company food and beverage procedures along with health department regulations and federal guidelines
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Maintain food cost and labor cost controls
  • Check freshness of foods and ingredients and ensure recipe and portion control compliance
  • Monitor guest feedback scores and work towards positive influence on rankings
  • Foster cooperation and respect among coworkers
  • Perform other assigned duties
