The role on offer is an entry-level driver trainee position designed for individuals interested in beginning their career as professional drivers within the food distribution industry. This position offers ideal opportunities to gain hands-on experience driving tractor trailers or straight trucks. Trainees will learn to handle local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight routes both intrastate and interstate. During the training period and beyond, drivers will be responsible for the safe transportation and delivery of food and food-related products directly to customers in a manner that complies with company guidelines and stringent Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

As a Driver Trainee, you will engage in a structured training program that includes classroom and on-the-road instruction. The role requires attention to detail when conducting vehicle safety checks, performing freight inspections and ensuring that delivery documentation is meticulously completed.
