Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- commercial food production background preferred
- ability to stand for long periods and lift more than 50 pounds
- food handler's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- reliable transportation
- strong communication skills
- ability to work early morning shifts
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- trustworthy and self-motivated
Job Qualifications
- Commercial food production background with at least 1 year of experience is preferred, but not required
- time management and attention to detail
- possess, or within 30 days of employment, obtain a food handler's license
- great communication skills, energetic, friendly and outgoing
- able to deal with fast-paced work environment and adjust to changing conditions and circumstances
- reliable transportation
- proven ability to be self-motivated, work productively without supervision and trustworthy
Job Duties
- Follow recipes that create outstanding, consistent, and cost-effective food products
- execute daily production of all in-house prepared food items
- deliver orders to PCH stores
- assist with weekly food orders, including receiving and shelving all food product to ensure FIFO
- follow weekly work schedule to ensure adequate daily food production coverage
- ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning logs are completed on a shiftly basis
- ability to follow all health code regulations
