  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, coolers, and storage areas
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
  • Support service execution by assisting senior cooks and chefs during peak periods
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and rotation following FIFO standards
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and storing food deliveries as needed
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service flow
  • Report equipment issues, shortages, or safety concerns to kitchen leadership
