This role demands a high level of performance skills including acting, singing, dancing, tumbling, improvisation, or physical comedy. You'll need to attend rehearsals, memorize scripts and choreography, research your character, maintain stamina, and contribute proactively to both onstage and backstage activities. Interaction with guests, including children and individuals with special needs, requires a positive and animated personality with strong verbal communication capabilities. Working as part of a team, you will collaborate with choreographers, directors, costume and stage management teams, as well as fellow performers to ensure quality and consistency in all aspects of entertainment.

Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- possess a friendly, polite, and customer service-oriented demeanor
- have experience with performance skills such as acting, dancing, or singing
- able to memorize and perform scripts and choreography
- maintain physical stamina
- work well in a team environment
- comfortable interacting with diverse guests
- ability to follow safety protocols
- availability for varying shifts including opening, closing, and rehearsals
- able to work in costume and confined spaces for long periods
- occasionally travel locally
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- personable and animated with a guest service focus
- experience with costume character performance, escorting, or hosting
- skills in animation, miming, acting, singing, tumbling, improv, dancing, or physical comedy
- strong verbal communication abilities
- ability to maintain branded character personas
- experience in performance assessments
- comfort speaking on a live microphone preferred
- prior costume character or dance experience preferred
- previous guest service experience in high-volume environments preferred
- theme park experience is an advantage
- background in dance, theater, athletics, or performance arts preferred
- comfortable working with children
- able to wear costumes for extended periods
Job Duties
- Perform in mainstage shows full of energy and excitement
- conduct meet and greets that make little fans' dreams come true
- provide atmosphere entertainment that brings the park to life
- participate in seasonal events and special appearances
- attend rehearsals and work collaboratively with directors, choreographers, and technical crews
- memorize scripts, choreography, and character traits to portray roles authentically
- engage guests with positive interaction and clear communication
- maintain physical stamina and perform consistently for assigned shifts
- execute backstage duties and assist with costume maintenance
- adhere to park safety, guest service expectations, and operational procedures
- represent the park and brand with a positive attitude and high energy
- assist with training and rehearsals when needed
- be flexible to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
