As a leader in the hospitality and entertainment industry, Great Wolf Lodge combines high-quality accommodations with unique entertainment, activities, themed dining, and seasonal events. The resort prides itself on fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere, embracing family values, and delivering exceptional customer service in a lively and fun environment. Guests enjoy an immersive experience that includes not only water park attractions but also interactive activities and live entertainment tailored for families. The compensation package for the Entertainment Manager position includes an annual base salary range of $71,000 to $73,000, complemented by potential annual bonuses, paid time off, and other perks, aligning employee rewards with performance and business needs.

The Entertainment Manager at Great Wolf Lodge plays a pivotal role in orchestrating an engaging and fun environment through entertainment, activities, experiences, and seasonal events. This leadership role is responsible for serving as the visible "host and face of the lodge," directly interacting with guests to enhance their stay. The manager participates in rotational Manager-On-Duty duties, serves as a back-up to the Guest Service Manager, and ensures all branded experiences adhere to Great Wolf Lodge’s Family Tradition standards. Responsibilities extend to managing all aspects of character appearances and property entertainment and supporting community engagements such as sponsor events, charities, trade shows, media appearances, and private functions. A key portion of the role is representing the company positively both on and off-site while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel, emphasizing leadership, customer service excellence, and a passion for entertainment and hospitality. This role demands a blend of strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills to successfully manage diverse entertainment programming and personnel within a dynamic resort setting.
