The Entertainment Coordinator at Graton Resort & Casino plays a crucial role in crafting exceptional entertainment experiences for guests through the coordination and administration of headline and lounge entertainment programs. This is a full-time role with a dynamic work environment that involves working indoors and outdoors during concerts and special events. The position demands a flexible schedule that supports a variety of performances including shows, concerts, and promotional events. The coordinator will work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless event execution and to maintain the high standards that Graton Resort & Casino is known for. This role is not only about managing entertainment logistics but also about enhancing the overall guest experience by creating memorable moments through thoughtfully curated entertainment. Key responsibilities include managing usher programs, building events in ticketing systems, maintaining BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), overseeing marketing distribution lists and calendars, and supporting entertainment venue operations such as ticket sales, guest seating, and artist requests. Furthermore, the Entertainment Coordinator is expected to foster positive relationships across business units to efficiently coordinate entertainment needs while ensuring that artist hospitality is well-maintained, including keeping green rooms stocked with requested items. The role also involves setting up signage and stanchions for events and assisting with other departmental special events and promotions as needed. The job requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a strong problem-solving mindset. Due to the physical nature of the role, the candidate must be capable of standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting for extended periods and able to lift or carry up to 40 pounds. This position requires a candidate who is at least 21 years of age and comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced entertainment setting. Job Duties
- Coordinate usher program and labor needs for concert and show execution
- build events in ticketing systems and assist with printing, distribution and tracking for all indoor and outdoor concert and events
- create and maintain BEOs for all entertainment
- maintain and update marketing distribution list, entertainment calendar and other administrative or marketing needs
- assist with entertainment venue operations including ticket sales and registration, seating guests, fulfilling requests by entertainers and guest services
- build and maintain relationships across the business to coordinate entertainment needs
- maintain, organize and keep green rooms stocked with needed beverage and other items artists may request
- set signage and stanchions as needed for indoor and outdoor concerts and events
- assist with other department events such as special events and promotions
