Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous experience in logistics operations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service for all assigned accounts
- Accept and manage all loads tendered by customers
- Verify that all loads are accepted and properly built in the Transportation Management System
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with primary contacts and carriers
- Assist with shipment tracking using 4Kites and MacroPoint
- Support dispatch, check-calling, and load booking as needed
- Maintain consistent communication with customers
- Stay informed about market trends to ensure competitive truck rates
- Provide updates on carrier locations and potential issues
- Ensure accurate data entry into the Transportation Management System
- Take initiative in resolving customer issues and collaborate with leadership
- Manage Accounts Receivable for all accounts
- Ensure correct invoicing and rate management for customers
