Job Description

The Enterprise Logistics Coordinator role is an essential position within INTEX Logistics Group, a leading company specializing in comprehensive freight and logistics management solutions. INTEX Logistics Group is recognized for its commitment to providing exceptional logistical support and transportation services to a broad spectrum of enterprise clients. Operating in an ever-evolving market, INTEX prides itself on delivering high-quality, timely, and efficient supply chain solutions that meet the rigorous demands of its customers.

INTEX Logistics Group operates mainly as a freight logistics and transportation company that integrates technology-driven processes and expert management to optimize shipment coordination and delivery. The company engages with various industries, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction through strategic load planning, shipment monitoring, and diligent customer service. By focusing on both operational excellence and technological integration, INTEX Logistics maintains its position as a significant player in the logistics space.

The role of Enterprise Logistics Coordinator entails managing the daily operations for designated enterprise accounts, providing indispensable support to the logistics team. This position involves close collaboration with team members, Enterprise Account Managers, and Operations Managers to guarantee that each shipment is accepted, correctly built in the Transportation Management System (TMS), and scheduled and delivered within precise timelines. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining robust operational workflows, handling communications with customers and carriers, and addressing potential logistical challenges proactively.

This full-time, in-person role is crucial for fostering excellent customer relationships by ensuring consistent communication, monitoring shipment statuses, and promptly resolving any issues related to delivery or carrier coordination. The Enterprise Logistics Coordinator will be tasked with using advanced tracking tools like 4Kites and MacroPoint to keep track of shipments and provide timely updates to customers regarding their freight status. You will also be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining correct rate management to support the financial integrity of the accounts.

This position requires a customer-focused individual with strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving capabilities to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment. The Logistics Coordinator must demonstrate organizational skills to accurately maintain data entries within the TMS, build and nurture relationships with carriers and customers, and stay informed about market trends to negotiate competitive truck rates. Shift flexibility may be required, as the role might involve evening or weekend work to fully meet operational needs.

INTEX Logistics Group emphasizes inclusivity and equal opportunity employment practices, embracing and valuing diversity across all aspects of its workforce. Additionally, the company is committed to making reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities during the hiring process, reflecting its dedication to accessibility and fairness.

Overall, the Enterprise Logistics Coordinator position offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about supply chain management and eager to contribute to a well-respected logistics company that values professionalism, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
