Job Description
Nsight Health is an innovative healthcare technology company revolutionizing the way care is delivered through Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Behavioral Health Integration (BHI). By combining real-time data, AI-enabled technology, and round-the-clock clinical support, Nsight Health empowers healthcare providers nationwide to effectively manage chronic conditions while improving patient outcomes, adherence, and overall peace of mind. The company operates a HIPAA-compliant platform that seamlessly connects patients and care teams, fostering improved communication and care coordination across the healthcare continuum. As a fast-growing, mission-driven organization, Nsight Health blends cutting-edge technology with compassionate care to make a measurable difference in people’s lives.
With a focus on utilizing artificial intelligence in everyday operations, Nsight Health is an AI-first organization where every team member actively uses AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT. This approach enhances productivity by integrating AI into core workflows, making curiosity and comfort with AI tools a non-negotiable aspect of the work culture.
The organization is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Patient Enrollment Representative to join the Patient Experience Department. This is a full-time remote position that offers a unique opportunity for individuals to contribute to healthcare advancements from the comfort of their home office. Starting August 17th, 2026, this role involves making outbound calls on behalf of physicians’ offices to educate patients about the benefits of remote monitoring programs and secure their consent for enrollment. The position is perfect for those who possess strong sales skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for helping patients improve their health.
The Patient Enrollment Representative is responsible for effectively engaging patients through scripted conversations, successfully overcoming objections, and meeting or exceeding enrollment targets. This role is not only about sales but also about providing outstanding customer service, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and company compliance guidelines. Candidates should be adept at multitasking, adaptable to changing processes, and proficient in virtual collaboration tools such as Google Workspace. The job offers significant monthly bonus potential linked directly to individual performance, creating an incentive-driven environment rewarding dedication and success.
Beyond the core duties, this role requires participating in daily virtual team meetings, managing administrative tasks using tools like Google Sheets and Docs, and proactively anticipating patient needs to enhance their experience. The company provides comprehensive training over five weeks to prepare new hires thoroughly, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to support patients independently. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, promoting work-life balance and consistent productivity.
In addition to competitive compensation starting at $25.00 per hour, the position includes shift differentials for evening, late-night, and weekend work, an uncapped monthly bonus program, and a sign-on bonus of $1,500 after 120 days of continuous employment. Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance options, 11 paid company holidays annually, 401(k) retirement plan with a 3.5% company match, and company-provided equipment to facilitate a professional remote work environment.
Nsight Health values collaboration, agility, and a purpose-driven culture where every team member's contribution advances healthcare quality and accessibility. Joining the team means becoming part of a community focused on innovation, compassion, and meaningful impact in the lives of patients and healthcare providers alike.
