Reporting directly to the Center Director, the Enrollment Manager serves as the first point of contact for inquiries about the center’s services, playing a key role in scheduling tours and care meetings. By managing inquiry calls and adhering to a strict follow-up schedule, this role helps convert prospects into enrolled members, thereby supporting the center’s enrollment goals. Collaboration is essential within this role, especially with the Director of Development (DD) to create engaging social media content, manage promotional materials, and plan special events that attract and retain members. The Enrollment Manager is also involved in community outreach efforts such as attending vendor shows, networking events, and facilitating Memory Cafés designed to build meaningful relationships with potential members. To succeed in this fast-paced, dynamic environment, the Enrollment Manager is expected to be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in communication, with a strong background in business development within the senior care industry. This position requires vigilance in maintaining the center’s CRM system and ensuring all resources and properties are kept in excellent condition. Overall, the Enrollment Manager plays a vital role in the ongoing success and community impact of Town Square, helping to expand its reach while upholding the highest standards of care and service.

Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years business development experience in the senior care industry
  • successful results of background check and where applicable, additional state specific regulatory requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage inquiry calls with goal to schedule tours and care meetings
  • adhere to established follow-up schedule to keep inquiries warm and continue to work toward closing
  • communicate with management team all forecasting so adequate staffing can be added as needed
  • in collaboration with Director of Development to create regular Facebook and other social media posts including creation of a Family Page to post daily activities
  • meet regularly with Center Director regarding sales activity, forecasting, and established key performance indicators
  • manage promotional and imprinted items inventory and ordering
  • establish a schedule and assume the lead for Open Houses
  • create opportunities for introductions to Town Square and Leadership Team from personal lead base
  • plan special events with Center Director to attract current and new referral sources including annual Winter Wonderland
  • attend vendor shows, conferences, and networking events representing Town Square services and develop additional lead sources
  • collaborate with Director of Development to schedule recreational events in Family Center to attract potential members
  • oversee promotion and publicity for Family Center activities including social media posting, email blasts, and community calendar postings
  • establish and facilitate Memory Cafés with goal to develop relationships with potential members
  • maintain and manage customer relationship management system
  • assure all Town Square property is well maintained
