Preferred candidates will have prior exposure to the airline industry or automated warehouse and supply chain environments, combining technical skills with domain-specific knowledge.

American Airlines values strong communication skills and teamwork, emphasizing collaboration across multiple teams to ensure seamless operations. The company fosters career advancement opportunities allowing employees to develop new skills, take on greater responsibilities, and enjoy a balanced professional and personal life enriched by extensive travel opportunities and comprehensive employee support programs. This role offers a unique blend of technical challenge, career growth, and lifestyle benefits, making it a compelling opportunity for IT professionals seeking to advance in a dynamic, global organization dedicated to excellence and customer care.
