Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel maintenance or customer service
- technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and construction
- proficiency in computer applications including MS Office
- physical ability to lift and move 50 lbs
- flexible availability for shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of building and construction mathematics
- proficient in MS Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel
- experience with HVAC, plumbing, construction, and machinery
- ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- lead by example in assisting guests with room calls and troubleshoot concerns
- maintain a preventative maintenance program for guest rooms and operational equipment
- support department head needs while guiding engineers
- create a team environment with other departments
- ensure safe use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations
- perform general repair and maintenance of hotel equipment
