The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of hotel engineering or facilities maintenance experience, preferably with supervisory experience. The role demands excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems, and the capacity to handle flexible schedules that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-ins. Job Duties
- Direct and oversee all engineering, maintenance, and repair activities throughout the hotel
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, equipment, and building systems
- Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate Engineering Department associates
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, OSHA, fire life safety, and brand standards
