Job Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance or engineering environment required
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related issues
- Strong operational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including working with hotel leadership and other departments
- Ability to respond effectively to urgent maintenance needs and guest-related issues
- Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and facility compliance
- Ability to lead, train, and support a maintenance engineering team
