Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years proven experience as a maintenance technician
- basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and mechanical systems
- knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- ability to work in various physical conditions including extreme weather and smoke-filled environments
- capable of lifting and carrying goods weighing up to 25 pounds
- ability to follow safety guidelines and OSHA regulations

- 2 years proven experience as a maintenance technician

Job Duties
- maintains operating condition of casino buildings and equipment and completes simple repairs
- uses knowledge of fundamental mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting and plumbing
- responsible for timely repairs, installation, and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, chillers and any other pieces of equipment that would need service
- responsible for reading meters, gauges and other testing instruments accurately and effectively in order to detect and identify problems and the appropriate paths for repairs
- responsible for all timely and accurate documentation of all repairs and preventive maintenance reports
- performs departmental technical projects which will include, but not limited to, electrical and mechanical equipment repair
- landscaping/sprinkler maintenance
