Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous maintenance or engineering experience preferred
- basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment
- positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment and supplies when necessary
Job Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or engineering experience preferred

Job Duties
- Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and building systems
- perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
- maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- assist with painting, carpentry, and general repairs as needed
- keep accurate records of maintenance work and supplies
- partner with housekeeping and front desk teams to quickly resolve guest concerns
