The Maintenance Engineer role at Home2 Suites Memphis Southaven aligns with MCR’s dedication to excellence in hotel operations, focusing heavily on cleanliness, friendliness, operational quality, and teamwork. The physical demands of this job require climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, standing for extended periods, walking within the property, and lifting objects weighing 50 pounds or more. Proficiency in English communication, both written and oral, is essential for success in this role.

This full-time role demands a willingness to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and the ability to adhere to strict clock-in and break policies. The company supports its employees with career advancement opportunities, weekly pay, health benefits after 30 days, hotel discounts, and a strong culture of safety and guest service.
