You will be expected to lead the planning and implementation of varied individual and group activities, outings, and events that are both engaging and therapeutic, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Working alongside the Center Director, you will help ensure the seamless operation of the day center's activity schedule, promoting a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment.
In addition, this role offers a competitive compensation package ranging between $25.61 and $33.80 per hour, along with a bonus structure. WelbeHealth emphasizes work-life balance, offering a Monday through Friday schedule, 17 days of personal time off, recognized holidays, and sick leave. The organization also upholds a strong stance on diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring fair and equitable employment practices regardless of personal background or characteristics. For those joining WelbeHealth, there is an opportunity not only to apply your professional skills in activities coordination but also to help shape a unique environment where every participant and employee is treated with dignity and care.
