The HomeGoods store located at 1534 Butterfield Road in Downers Grove, Illinois is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Frontline Leader. This role is instrumental in driving a "Highly Satisfied" customer experience, ensuring that each visitor to the store receives exceptional service that fosters long-term loyalty. The Frontline Leader serves as a mentor and trainer for associates, guiding them in the proper execution of register transactions and frontline operations. This position requires an individual who is adaptable and willing to work in multiple areas of the store as needed, promoting efficiency and maintaining high standards.

In this role, the Frontline Leader is responsible for fostering a welcoming and engaging culture where every team member feels valued and empowered. By addressing customer concerns swiftly and effectively, the leader helps build trust and satisfaction among shoppers. They are also tasked with monitoring cash controls, coordinating register assignments and breaks, auditing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the frontline area. Adherence to company policies—including labor laws, merchandise handling, loss prevention, and safety regulations—is critical to uphold the integrity and smooth operation of the store.

This position offers a starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, with the exact wage determined by skills, experience, and qualifications.
