The HomeGoods Store located at 3899 W Lake Mary Blvd, Lake Mary, Florida, is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team as frontline leaders. This role is essential for maintaining a 'Highly Satisfied' customer experience, driving customer loyalty, and supporting store operations through effective team leadership. The position offers a starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour depending on skills, qualifications, and experience. The key responsibilities of the role include leading a team of associates to ensure superior customer service at the frontline.
