Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality preferred, or equivalent education and work-related experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a customer-facing role in DEIAB, hospitality management, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proactive, innovative, organized, and disciplined
  • Ability and willingness to work irregular schedules and hours in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Analytical and critical thinking ability

Job Duties

  • Support all customer and guest experience efforts with a focus on proper techniques, training, service, and protocols to ensure exemplary guest and customer satisfaction and ensure quality standards
  • Assist in managing the collection, analysis, and dissemination of customer feedback through surveys, internal reporting, observation, and one-on-one engagement
  • Partner with the Director of Engagement in maintaining ongoing rapport with customers, their associates, and service suppliers to make certain standards are being implemented and expectations are exceeded
  • Assist in the coordination of the customer gift program
  • Work collaboratively on the Concierge Program
  • Attend pre-cons, pre-planning meetings, and site visits as necessary
  • Support the oversight of accessibility offerings and spaces
  • Support and assist in the development, promotion, and implementation of corporate social responsibility programs
  • Assist in developing, designing, and posting content for internal messaging
  • Develop and maintain an annual awareness and initiative calendar
  • Support the development, promotion, and implementation of team outreach, volunteer activities, community engagement, and incentive and recognition programs
  • Work closely on team training including Lunch and Learns, hospitality and DEIAB best practices
  • Develop a general understanding of overall DEIAB strategy
  • Assist in coordinating activities aimed at building MWDBE participation and partnerships
  • Compile data, reports, and analyses to support DEIAB programs
  • Attend and represent the organization at DEIAB outreach events
  • Participate in pre-bid and pre-proposal processes
  • Support outreach programs, communications, campaigns, and events to maximize participation in projects and procurement processes
