The coordinator will also collaborate on corporate social responsibility events and initiatives, ensuring that these programs align with organizational goals and community expectations.
On the talent engagement front, the Engagement Coordinator will assist with internal communications, including crafting content for messaging platforms and maintaining an annual calendar of awareness activities and volunteer opportunities. This role supports team training sessions focused on hospitality and DEIAB best practices, which are vital in cultivating a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
Furthermore, the Engagement Coordinator will support the organization’s DEIAB initiatives by coordinating activities that build diversity partnerships and support certified minority, women, and disadvantaged business enterprises (MWDBE). They will assist with data analysis and reporting to gauge program success and represent the organization at related outreach events when necessary. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves irregular hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel when required.
Overall, this role demands a proactive, energetic individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Engagement Coordinator must balance attention to detail with swift execution and demonstrate a passion for people and culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make a meaningful impact on customer experience, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives within a collaborative and forward-thinking workplace.
