This position offers a starting pay range of $17.90 to $18.40 per hour, with actual compensation based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. The role focuses on leading the frontline team to deliver a "Highly-Satisfied" customer experience, which is essential for fostering customer loyalty and driving business success.
In this role, you will be integral to shaping a customer-centric environment by promoting exceptional service standards and addressing customer concerns swiftly to ensure satisfaction. You will take on responsibilities that include training and mentoring associates to execute all register transactions efficiently, providing constructive feedback and recognition, and maintaining compliance with company policies including cash controls and labor laws. Your leadership will help create a team that is knowledgeable, motivated, and aligned with TJX’s values and initiatives.
The role requires flexibility as you will be expected to work in multiple areas of the store to support operations as needed. Responsibilities extend beyond customer service to include maintaining frontline cleanliness, monitoring equipment functionality, adhering to merchandising standards, and supporting loss prevention policies.
