The HomeGoods Store 0408 in Nashville, TN is currently looking for dedicated individuals to join their team in a full-time role with a starting pay ranging from $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the store maintains high standards of receiving, merchandising, and customer service. The role involves overseeing the efficient and effective processing of merchandise as it arrives at the store, ensuring that merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded. The successful candidate will work closely with their team to ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked and organized, offering customers an excellent shopping experience.

This position also requires training and mentoring of associates on established merchandising and processing principles, fostering a culture of honesty, integrity, and safety. The candidate will be responsible for orchestrating truck deliveries, ensuring merchandise flows smoothly from receiving to the sales floor, maintaining organizational standards in the backroom, managing inventory rotation, and supporting shrink reduction efforts. Excellent communication skills are essential to prioritize tasks, provide feedback, and collaborate with management and fellow associates. The role emphasizes promoting credit and loyalty programs as well as adherence to labor laws and store policies.

Job Duties
