The candidate will ensure all merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, communicating closely with store management to maintain operational efficiency. Monitoring team productivity, coaching associates, organizing back stock, and upholding high merchandising and cleanliness standards are vital parts of this position.
Additionally, this role demands a strong emphasis on compliance with safety, labor laws, and environmental programs such as recycling and hazardous waste management. The candidate will participate in store initiatives to reduce shrinkage and promote credit and loyalty programs. They will also have responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment and upholding the company’s philosophy of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality. This position is ideal for individuals with prior retail and leadership experience who have proven abilities in organizing, multitasking, communication, and team leadership within a fast-paced retail environment. The ability to lift heavy objects and work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, is also required.
