Job Requirements

Job Duties
- create a positive internal and external customer experience
- promote a culture of honesty and integrity
- orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing
- train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing
- ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
- communicate with coordinator on duty to ensure efficient flow of goods
- monitor productivity of team and coach as necessary
