Job Description

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, a respected higher education institution in Northeast Wisconsin, is dedicated to providing inclusive and innovative academic programs. The College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) at UW-Green Bay offers a varied range of academic disciplines geared towards developing critical thinking, social responsibility, and creative expression among its students. The university emphasizes accessibility, student success, and community partnerships through a student-centered approach and comprehensive support services.

Through thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and collaborative partnerships, this position supports program-level initiatives, student employment, and event logistics while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and student-centered environment where academic programs thrive and the university community grows stronger.

Offering a minimum compensation of $18.18 per hour with overtime eligibility under the Fair Labor Standards Act, this position is based full-time on the Green Bay campus Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The university fosters a non-discriminatory, equitable environment and seeks candidates able to work respectfully and inclusively within its diverse campus community. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities such as maintaining electronic and physical records, managing social media content and communications, supporting academic program initiatives, coordinating purchasing and payment processes, scheduling meetings and events, and overseeing student employees.
