Job Requirements

  • at least three years in high volume management position
  • minimum two-year tenure at each management role
  • three or more references from former supervisors
  • patient and thoughtful leadership style
  • availability to work 45-55 hours per week
  • commitment to maintaining positive staff and guest experiences
  • readiness to complete managerial training in Nashville
  • capacity to handle stress maturely

Job Qualifications

  • at least three years of continuous experience in high-volume restaurant management
  • proven leadership skills in coaching and team development
  • solid understanding of P&L, sales, and operations
  • experience with inventory management and scheduling
  • ability to manage a scratch kitchen and back-of-house operations
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • lead daily restaurant operations
  • manage team performance and development
  • oversee scheduling and inventory control
  • maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
  • handle opening, mid-shift, and closing managerial responsibilities
  • monitor financial performance including profit and loss
