Job Requirements
- at least three years in high volume management position
- minimum two-year tenure at each management role
- three or more references from former supervisors
- patient and thoughtful leadership style
- availability to work 45-55 hours per week
- commitment to maintaining positive staff and guest experiences
- readiness to complete managerial training in Nashville
- capacity to handle stress maturely
Job Qualifications
- at least three years of continuous experience in high-volume restaurant management
- proven leadership skills in coaching and team development
- solid understanding of P&L, sales, and operations
- experience with inventory management and scheduling
- ability to manage a scratch kitchen and back-of-house operations
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- lead daily restaurant operations

- handle opening, mid-shift, and closing managerial responsibilities
