Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills
Physical stamina to perform cleaning and running duties
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Must be able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
Basic understanding of food safety practices

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Interact with guests indirectly by supporting servers and attending to guest needs
Clean and sanitize tables by removing dishes, utensils, and drinkware promptly
Reset tables efficiently to prepare them for incoming guests
Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant including emptying trash cans and managing spills
Expedite and deliver food orders to the correct tables effectively
Monitor facility conditions and report any maintenance issues
Ensure restrooms are cleaned and stocked regularly
