The role of Coordinator Marketing Encore is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of guest experience and sales excellence that Marriott Vacations Worldwide is known for. This position focuses on assisting owners and guests by delivering experiences and events that enhance their vacation memories. Coordinators serve as the face of the company to potential and current owners, offering trial membership packages and communicating the unique benefits of ownership in a clear, compelling manner. The Coordinator Marketing Encore operates in a dynamic, guest-facing environment where excellent customer service and sales skills are paramount. Coordinators are tasked with exceeding sales presentations and volume goals by engaging guests effectively and promoting special offers. This role also emphasizes teamwork, professional interaction with colleagues and guests, and adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
A typical day in this role includes engaging guests with warmth and professionalism, offering specially priced trial memberships, and contributing to team goals by delivering exceptional service. Coordinators must be flexible with their schedules, including availability on weekends and holidays, adapting to the demands of the hospitality industry. The position may require a real estate license depending on state laws, as well as background and drug screenings to comply with legal and company standards. Physical requirements of the job include the ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and maintain a standing, sitting, or walking position for extended periods.

Job Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- A real estate license may be required at some locations depending on state laws
- Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Real estate license may be required at some locations depending on state laws

- Engage with guests and potential owners while providing elevated customer service
