The Sales Enablement Coordinator role at HungerRush is a critical operational position within the company's Sales Enablement division. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating and executing end-to-end enablement programs that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team and other key stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Director of Enablement, the Coordinator plays an essential role in making sure that enablement programs—ranging from sales training and onboarding for new hires to manager development and enterprise-wide learning initiatives—are effectively planned, delivered, and managed. The position requires a professional who brings operational discipline and commercial insight, coupled with a deep understanding of what sales teams need to ramp quickly, perform at a high level consistently, and confidently close sales. The Coordinator is tasked with maintaining the content libraries that sales and management teams rely on, supporting learning management systems, aiding in the creation of training and leadership materials, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform continuous improvement. Additionally, the role involves active collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and adoption of learning programs, as well as supporting project management and vendor relationships to help scale enablement capabilities. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting or coordinating sales, enablement, revenue operations, or customer-facing programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to support or coordinate commercial programs with outcomes like ramp time reduction and seller readiness
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce polished content
- Collaborative and proactive with ability to build cross-team relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort with SharePoint
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate logistics for all enablement programs and events including sales training, manager development sessions, Lunch & Learns, and onboarding activities
- Maintain and organize enablement content libraries ensuring materials are current and accessible
- Support learning management system administration including content upload, tracking completions, and reporting
- Assist in creating and formatting training materials, playbooks, job aids, and leadership development resources
- Track and report on program participation, completion rates, and post-training feedback
- Support new hire onboarding coordination including scheduling and milestone tracking
- Partner with cross-functional teams to update content, coordinate communications, and support program adoption
- Assist Director with project management, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement efforts
