The position available is for a part-time, temporary Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic who will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and health standards at the RP Funding Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting the facility before and during events to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, which helps prevent accidents and injuries. The EMT or Paramedic will be expected to maintain detailed records of all incidents and accidents, providing accurate reports to the Event Staff Supervisor and Event Manager. This requires excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, as the role involves interacting with guests, addressing questions or complaints professionally, and directing individuals to the appropriate supervisors or resources when necessary. The position demands physical endurance, including the ability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift heavy objects or assist injured guests.

This role is mission-critical and requires the ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, adapting to the varying schedules that event staffing may demand.
