This opportunity is with a globally recognized organization seeking a dynamic Employer Brand Specialist to join their Global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (GTA COE). Operating remotely with a preference for candidates based in the Milwaukee area who can occasionally visit the office, this role offers a 12-month contract with continental US work hours and core times between 9 AM and 3 PM. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, human resources or related field
  • Experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing or talent attraction roles
  • Strong content creation skills including writing, editing, visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in design software such as Canva or Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with metrics analysis from social media platforms, email marketing tools and Google Analytics
  • Ability to develop, edit and curate digital content
  • Availability to work continental US hours with core hours from 9 AM to 3 PM
  • Ability to collaborate with external vendors and internal teams remotely

Job Duties

  • Develop, edit and curate digital content for key channels such as careers website, social media, email marketing that promotes career differentiators
  • Assist with development and management of an annual content calendar to support key communication objectives
  • Track and report on key metrics including engagement, reach, conversions to optimize content and demonstrate ROI
  • Participate as a project team member on initiatives including visual branding updates, recruiter communication materials, candidate feedback analysis
  • Support the creation of branded recruitment marketing assets including collateral, toolkits, templates
  • Assist in relationship management and project leadership with external vendors including agencies and platform partners
