Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Up to one year of experience in corporate, food service, or hospitality environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to work modified schedules including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proof of proper licensing or credentials for operating corporate transit vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Up to one year of experience in corporate, food service, or hospitality environment
- One to two years of administrative or front desk management experience desired
- Familiarity with de-escalation training and conflict management desired
- Associate degree in hospitality or related field desired
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and food service equipment
Job Duties
- Maintain high compliance and documentation
- Assist in administering visitor protocols and security activities
- Provide administrative support for corporate events and initiatives
- Support Employee Services equipment and software systems
- Respond to guest, vendor, customer, and employee inquiries
- Provide secondary support for on-premises employee service functions
- Complete other projects as assigned
