Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, training coordination, employee development, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or technical training environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Project coordination experience
- Ability to facilitate group discussions and training sessions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR, training coordination, employee development, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or technical training environments preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
- Comfortable facilitating group discussions and training sessions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with employee engagement initiatives, coaching, or leadership development programs is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
Job Duties
- Support employee growth, career pathing, and development planning initiatives
- Help track development goals, training progress, and coaching opportunities
- Assist with career development conversations and employee support programs
- Coordinate and facilitate process training and technical training programs
- Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Support onboarding, leadership development, and internal learning initiatives
- Maintain training records, participation tracking, and program documentation
- Support employee engagement programs, morale-building activities, and recognition initiatives
- Coordinate company town halls, presentations, and communication events
- Help create positive employee experiences across departments
- Coordinate external tours and community engagement experiences
- Maintain organization and readiness of the training center
- Support training documentation, materials, and Employment and Training team operations
