This property is a high-end, private hotel and conference center with 1,400 single-occupancy rooms and expansive 200,000 square feet of meeting space including ballrooms, an amphitheater, and classrooms. The facility boasts nine restaurants and lounges, including well-known coffee brands such as Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee, catering exclusively to professional clientele, with no social events like weddings or holiday parties. Amenities for employees include a fitness center, jogging trails, sports fields, and an associate cafeteria.
