In some circumstances, an initial base salary ranging from $50,000 to $120,000 may be offered, transitioning to commission-based earnings. INSURICA also provides additional performance-based incentives, creating significant earning potential for high performers. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including health and welfare benefits, paid and volunteer time off, tuition assistance, 401(k) plans, and employee assistance programs, supporting both personal and professional well-being.
