Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- two years supervisory experience preferred
- leadership skills including motivation and communication
- completion or willingness to complete Store Manager training (LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials)
- fluency in English
- flexible schedule availability
- willingness to accept promotion and possible relocation
- ability to transfer within hiring area
- valid pharmacy technician license or ability to obtain preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or satisfactory completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program or High School Diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience
- demonstrated leadership abilities including professional ethics, strong communication, and business acumen
- completion or willingness to complete Walgreens Store Manager training program
- fluency in English (except Puerto Rico)
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to accept potential promotion and relocate
- knowledge of retail and pharmacy operations preferred for internal candidates
- business major or retail experience preferred for external candidates
Job Duties
- Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters
