The position available is the role of Assistant Nurse Manager in Emergency Services, which represents a dynamic nursing leadership opportunity within a high-paced Emergency Department (ED) setting. The Assistant Nurse Manager will contribute significantly to the management of multiple emergency care pathways, including the Emergency Room, ED, ER Fast Track services, and rapid triage areas. Job Requirements
- valid registered nurse (rn) license
- minimum 3 years of nursing experience in emergency or critical care
- leadership experience in a clinical setting
- ability to manage staffing and coordinate teams
- familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation
- strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
