Job Requirements
- Valid nursing or medical license
- Minimum of one year experience in emergency or trauma care
- Ability to use electronic medical record systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide emergency medical care to patients presenting at the emergency departments
- Rotate among various CHRISTUS Mother Frances emergency departments to gain diverse clinical experience
- Utilize the Epic electronic medical record system for documentation and patient tracking
- Respond efficiently to trauma cases as part of a Level II Trauma Center team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and quality initiatives
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills
