Job Requirements

  • current rn license
  • bachelor of science in nursing (bsn) preferred
  • 3+ years experience in emergency nursing
  • leadership experience in clinical setting preferred
  • strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • registered nurse (rn) licensure
  • minimum of 3 years experience in emergency nursing
  • previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
  • strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • effective communication and team collaboration abilities
  • knowledge of emergency department operations and protocols

Job Duties

  • lead and coordinate emergency department nursing staff during shifts
  • oversee triage and patient flow to ensure timely care
  • mentor and support nursing staff development
  • collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • enforce safety and clinical protocols
  • assist in daily departmental operations and resource management
  • communicate effectively with emergency department management
