The Busser/Runner position at Embers Lobby Bar within the Gaylord Rockies is an essential role that supports the food and beverage team by enhancing the overall guest dining experience. This is a full-time, non-management position that offers an hourly wage of $22.75 and is tip eligible. As a Busser/Runner, you will play a vital role in the front-of-house operations, assisting servers by clearing and resetting tables efficiently, delivering food and beverages to guests promptly, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. This role requires attentiveness, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay active on your feet, as you will be moving throughout the dining area.
You will be part of a team that takes pride in providing exceptional service that goes beyond just serving food. Responsibilities also include restocking supplies, assisting kitchen staff as needed, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior work experience required but hospitality experience is preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
