Job Description

Aimbridge Hospitality is a prominent and innovative hotel management company recognized for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences through its diverse portfolio of upscale and select-service hotels across various locations. Committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, Aimbridge Hospitality continuously invests in talent and technology to streamline hotel operations while maintaining the highest standards in the industry. The company fosters a collaborative and dynamic work environment where employees are encouraged to grow professionally and contribute to a culture of success and guest-centric service.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Manager to join our team at the Embassy Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Central. Situated less than five minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, the property offers guests an array of amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, business center, hot tub, and an on-site restaurant featuring American cuisine. The location is ideal for both leisure and business travelers and prides itself on maintaining a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.

As the Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role as the financial backbone of the hotel, ensuring that all payroll, billing, collections, audits, and cash management processes are impeccably executed. Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional accounting tasks, as you will also oversee compliance with human resources policies, loss prevention measures, and the enforcement of hotel operational standards aligned with Aimbridge Hospitality’s core values.

In this full-time position, you will be the linchpin who harmonizes the accounting functions across multiple departments, empowering teams like Guest Services and Night Audit to consistently meet operational requirements. Your ability to manage and report on payroll, employee records, and productivity metrics will enable smooth day-to-day operations and facilitate strategic decision-making at the property level. Additionally, your leadership will be essential in training new Night Audit staff and energizing team meetings with training sessions designed to boost morale and promote best practices.

The role demands a polished and professional presence, with excellent communication skills and the capability to maintain confidentiality in high-pressure situations. As a supervisor, you will foster a collaborative team environment that motivates employees to adhere to policies and deliver outstanding service. Flexibility to step into Manager on Duty (MOD) duties when needed is also required, demonstrating your commitment to operational continuity.

We offer a competitive benefits package after the initial waiting period, including daily pay options, medical, dental, vision insurance, disability coverage, life insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. With the hotel's prime location and supportive atmosphere, you will find ample opportunity to thrive both personally and professionally as part of the Aimbridge Hospitality family.
